AI Consulting for Creatives

You didn't start a creative business to spend your days managing it.

I'm Jen. I help creative folks use AI intentionally so they can get back to the work they love — without losing what makes them brilliant.

Ch. 01 — The honest part

Let's be honest about how you spend most of your time as a creative.

You built something because you love to create. But somewhere along the way, the business side swallowed the creative side whole. The endless invoices, admin, emails and scheduling leave little time to actually create.

You don't need more hours. You need a better system and basic AI. I'll show you how.

Ch. 02 — The avoidance

Let's talk about why you're still avoiding AI.

The fear

"AI would ruin what makes our work special."

The frustration

"We tried ChatGPT and it sounded nothing like us. It was generic at best."

The suspicion

"AI is for tech companies. It's not for businesses who create things."

The deluge

"There are a million tools and I have no idea where to even start."

All of that's valid. None of it means AI isn't for you. It just means you haven't properly tapped into it yet.

Ch. 03 — The reframe

AI is not a threat to your creativity.

It should be used to support, streamline and evolve your company so you have more time to be creative.

AI can help you →

  • +Learn more about your customers
  • +Quicken response times
  • +Customize client communication
  • +Streamline your systems
  • +Minimize repetitive tasks
  • +Stay organized
  • +Uncover new revenue opportunities
  • +Track advertising effectiveness
  • +Improve idea generation
  • +Simplify internal reporting
  • +Evolve your business strategy
  • +Enhance client experience

AI should not

  • Replace your unique talents
  • Disrupt your creativity
  • Write your brand content
  • Replace client communication
  • Overcomplicate your day

Your unique talent is the product.
My job is to protect it.

Ch. 04 — Probably easier than you think

You likely only need 2 or 3 things to get started with AI. That's where I come in.

i.

Generative AI

Most creatives use ChatGPT like a smarter Google. My AI Literacy training teaches you to leverage it for strategic, on-brand output — often the highest-ROI thing I offer.

ii.

Simple Automation & Productivity

I'll automate what you're already doing, using apps you've already got. Zapier, Notion and friends can quietly streamline your day while you create.

iii.

Specialized AI Tools

The list of AI tools is endless. One or two may pay for themselves immediately. I'll recommend only what you actually need.

Ch. 05 — Who this is for

Portrait of Jen, founder of AI By Jen
Hi, I'm Jen ✺

Ch. 08 — About me

I'm an ex-corporate tech seller who came back to my art-school senses.

I spent decades in corporate America selling enterprise tech. I was good at it. But around year fifteen, I had a realization: I was completely soul-crushed.

I was an art major, once. But somewhere between sales quotas targets and the corporate hustle, I lost the thread back to that person. Last year, I decided to find it again.

So I pivoted — deliberately, with zero regrets — and pointed everything I know about tech and automation at the people who need it most and use it least: creatives.

The mission is simple: help you use AI intentionally — not to churn out generic garbage, but to handle the business weight so you can spend more time creating. That's what keeps the world interesting.
