The fear
"AI would replace what makes our work special. Our voice. Our craft."
I'm Jen. I help purpose-driven businesses use AI intentionally, so they spend less time managing and more time doing the things that actually matter.
Ch. 01 — The honest part
The companies already winning with AI aren't the ones doing the most meaningful work. They're large corporations with massive budgets, using AI in ways that aren't always ethical or transparent, and definitely aren't leaving anything on the table for the rest of us.
Avoiding AI right now is a little like refusing to get a website in 2003. It felt principled at the time, but delaying it ultimately cost you a lot of revenue. The technology is here. You might as well be the one benefiting from it.
You don't need a massive budget or a tech team to compete. A few well-chosen AI tools can give a small, purposeful organization the kind of leverage that used to cost ten times the headcount. That's the underdog advantage, and it's very real.
A note on who I work with: after decades in corporate America grinding out work I didn't believe in, I only work with clients who have a clear, positive mission. No jerks. Life is too short.
Ch. 02 — The avoidance
The fear
"AI would replace what makes our work special. Our voice. Our craft."
The frustration
"We tried ChatGPT and it sounded nothing like us. Generic at best."
The suspicion
"AI feels built for tech giants and growth hackers. It's not for us."
THE DELUGE
"A thousand tools, no budget, no staff, no idea where to start."
All of that's valid. None of it means AI isn't for you. It just means nobody's shown you how to use it in a way that fits. (Yet!)
Ch. 03 — The reframe
It's a tool. Used right, it quietly handles the work stealing your time, so you can focus on the work that requires you specifically.
Your mission, voice, and people are the point.
My job is to protect all three.
Ch. 04 — Probably easier than you think
Most teams use ChatGPT like a smarter Google. I'll show you how to actually use it strategically and on-brand. It's often the highest-ROI thing I offer.
I'll automate what you're already doing, using tools you may already have like Zapier, Notion and HubSpot, so they quietly run while you focus on what matters.
The list of AI tools is endless. One or two of the right ones can pay for themselves immediately. I'll cut through the noise.
Imagine reclaiming 10, 15, 20 hours a week across your team. What would you do with that time?
Ch. 05 — Who this is for
Creative companies. Nonprofits. Social enterprises. Community orgs. Local governments. If you're making a real difference to real people, we're probably a fit.
Don't see yourself? → Let's talk anyway
Ch. 06 — How I work with you
I listen first. Then I recommend only what serves your purpose. Then I build it, train your team, and stick around until everything's genuinely working.
01
Step
A 30-minute conversation to see if we're a fit. I'll learn about your organization and what success looks like for you.
02
Step
Before recommending a single tool, we go deep on how your organization actually operates — the good, the bad, and the embarrassingly manual.
03
Step
One week later I walk you through a detailed audit — where AI fits, what to use, projected savings, and clear next steps. Plain English, no jargon.
04
Step
If you want to move forward, I build the automations, set up the tools, and train your team — all within 30 days. Retainer support available.
Ch. 07 — Pricing & packages
The initial intro call is FREE. After that, I offer transparent pricing so you know what things cost before you move forward.
The audit fee is credited toward Implementation if you move forward. The retainer requires completing the Audit first.

Ch. 08 — About me
I spent decades in corporate America selling enterprise technology. I was good at it, but around year fifteen, I realized I was completely soul-crushed.
Every proposal and every deal were designed to drive more revenue and more market share for people and companies who already had plenty. I was tired of being measured against metrics that had nothing to do with anything I actually cared about.
So I pivoted.
I decided to take my experience and use it to help businesses who are doing work that actually matters: creating things, serving people, or just trying to do something genuinely good without losing themselves in the process.
Sound like you?
If so, let me take your business from AI hesitant to AI enabled so you can truly focus on what's important.
We just have to automate your busywork — and it's easier than you think!
